Great communication and very accommodating! Jennifer’s place was walkable to many different restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and even a playground! The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very neat and clean. It was also really nice having a dedicated parking spot for our rental. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Perfect in every way! Comfortable beds & beautiful furnishings. Easy location to go downtown or the Eastern Promenade. Breweries & a nice coffee place just a few minutes walk away. Nice patio/porch, and responsive hosts. What more could you want? Book it. You’ll have no regrets. Perfect for my husband & I; plus, our friend, who was visiting us from Miami. We each had our own space, plus room to be together.

Location couldn't have been better for us. We could walk to everything. The space is very nice. Calming decor. Very nice kitchen, which we didn't use at all because there are so many great restaurants all around the apartment's location. I hadn't noticed it in the description but there is a back porch that provides such a nice spot to sit outside with a cup of coffee.

Jennifer’s place was great! The accommodations were comfortable and the AirBnB was very close to so many restaurants and breweries. We got to the house a little late the first day, but instructions were clear enough that we had no issues finding or entering the home. It even comes with a parking spot if you need it. If you are looking to stay in Portland look no further!

Our stay at 14 Cleves St. in Portland Maine was wonderful! Jennifer and David were extremely gracious host and were available for questions throughout our five day stay. They encouraged and give us guidance to do all the right things in the city and made sure that we had every amenity available to us at their home!the beds were extremely comfortable and we had lots of laughs and fun in that home! We did not find a lot of 2 bd 2 ba places in Portland, this one is a gem! First I have to mention the location, fantastic! Easy walk to great restaurants and breweries. Check out the East End Cemetery tour one block away. Second the condo was very clean and organized with a lot new furniture, comfy beds and lots of coffee pods. It's the little things that impressed me like...large super absorbent towels, night light in the bathroom, reclining sofa, easy entrance and exit code, interesting artwork, touch bedside lights...I could go on. Don't miss this place!!!

We (two adult couples) had a very enjoyable couple of days at this great house located in a very walkable neighborhood. The house is beautifully appointed, the beds are comfortable, everything works properly - we felt right at home. We loved the relaxed experience of visiting Portland with this house as our base.

Jennifer’s place was even better than the pictures! So tastefully decorated and welcoming. So close to all the areas in Portland and many of them in walking distance. Jennifer was so sweet and left me a bottle of wonderful wine, flowers and a card for my birthday. Check in was a breeze and she checked on us each day to see if we needed anything and were enjoying our trip. We thank you so much Jennifer for making our trip special! We will be back for sure. Don’t hesitate to stay here!!

We loved our stay at Jennifer’s place! It had everything we needed and is in a great location. We easily walked everywhere. Jennifer also kept our bags safe after check out until we had to leave for our flight. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time here! Plenty of space - 2bdrm/ 2 full baths. Outdoor patio a plus! Highly recommend- and walkable to downtown. Also great neighborhood with restaurants, cheese shop, wine store and more. Made our Portland trip fantastic! Thanks to our hosts!
